Participant Debrief
Useful post participation information
Thank you for participating in my research study on Outsourcing Digital Intimate Labour.
This letter offers information and resources that may be relevant now you have taken part in the study.
What will happen to the information that you have provided?
The survey data will be anonymised. The Audio data from the interviews will be recorded on password protected devices and transcribed in private using a password protected laptop. The transcription will be anonymised and all identifying details removed or altered so as to prevent any personal identification.
Any personal details and all data will be stored securely. The anonymised, password-protected consent forms, survey data and interview data will be stored separately from each other. The anonymised, password protected data will be stored for 5 years before being destroyed.
The anonymised data will be seen by myself (Victoria Antonio), my supervisors (Kate Hardy & Charles Umney), the examiners and potentially may be published in academic journals.
